APT-E Support Group
Re-launch is...
Saturday 6th and 7th November 2010.
After a long time of waiting, the support group
can now officially re-start.
Our re-launch event will be held at Locomotion,
Shildon on the 6th & 7th November 2010.
Events and attractions to include............
Kit Spackmans (Mr Tilt) live lecture about time
on APT-E (30-45 mins) Audio / visual.
Showings of various APT-E related films
throughout the day.
APT-E Slide show.
The record run intercom tapes to be played in
the cab of PC2.
Support group information and display boards.
Family events about (The Record Breakers) on
display at Shildon. Events TBC.
Support group members on hand to answer any E train related
questions.
Information about becoming a volunteer to work
on the restoration of APT-E.
Also, cab of Mallard and Deltic to be open as
part of the Record Breakers weekend.
